At Nightshade Pixelmon, we focus on ensuring that all purchases are fair and not P2W (pay to win) and still fun and exciting!

Please allow up to 15 minutes for a purchased package to appear in-game.

All purchases are final and cannot be refunded after purchase. Any fraudulent purchases and/or activity will result in your account being banned from our servers. Before making any purchases, you must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Terms of Service

You are paying for virtual items contained in this purchase. This transaction is final and there are no refunds. If you are banned for breaking the rules on Nightshade's Minecraft server(s) or any adjoining communities , you will not be refunded this money. Bans are subject to the full discretion of the server administration and rules can be changed at any time in order to best protect our community. There is no guarantee on being able to connect to any of our communities whether that be the Minecraft server, Discord community or otherwise, and if our community is no longer operated the virtual items are forfeit. For packages such as ranks, permissions are subject to change and perks should not be considered to be held in perpetuity. Refund requests due to issues concerning lag, game glitches, or any other reason are subject to the discretion of the Nightshade Leadership team. All items are virtual and have no in game value. If you have any concerns we ask that you contact a member of our Leadership team: Jephon or budder246 via Discord to give us the opportunity to resolve your issue. If you choose to take the non-amicable approach of chargebacks we reserve the rights to permanently ban you from our community. 

Opening a chargeback will result in a permanent and automatic ban from the Nightshade Pixelmon, the Nightshade Pixelmon store and all other stores on the Tebex/Buycraft platform. All appeals are automatically declined.
